About

My name is Jason Pedersen and I’m a 21-year old student-athlete at Northern Arizona University. I study Mechanical Engineering and I compete in cross country in the fall and track & field in the winter/spring.
How I got started online
Like a lot of people making money on the internet, I started out making websites when I was young (about 13). I would tell my friends on AIM and family about the websites I had made — I thought I was a pretty sweet dude. A few years later I heard about Adsense and decided I wanted to make money on the internet. I tried making lots of different websites centered around CPC advertising and made almost nothing. In fact, I think I made more selling t-shirts on cafepress than I ever did with those websites.
About a year ago (Summer 2007), I started looking into the affiliate marketing game and was amazed by the amount of money some people were making online. I jumped in and of course started with ringtones. I think I made $10 profit one day, but most days were pretty dismal.
Now, a year later, I am finally starting to earn some consistent daily income and I hope to share some of my success with the readers of RevenueQuest.
